Founder's Associate (m/w/d)

Job Description

We're looking for a Full-Time Founder's Associate to take ownership across client projects, product development and growth. You'll work closely with the founding team and our clients in M&A, Private Equity & Search Funds to deliver project mandates, turn deal workflows into working prototypes and build the processes that help dealspec scale. From shaping an idea to implementing it, you'll take responsibility for turning priorities into tangible results.

What you will do

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Computer Science or related fields
Relevant work experience (2+ years) in M&A, Private Equity, Search Funds, Start-Ups or Consulting
AI-native, especially with tools like Claude, Cursor, n8n, Figma, Clay and some automation and development basics
Comfortable managing client relationships and owning projects independently from initial brief to delivery
Strong understanding of M&A workflows, with the ability to translate business needs into tech solutions
An entrepreneurial & problem-solving, high-agency mentality
Strong organizational, analytical & prioritization skills
Excellent communication skills in English & German

Developing and implementing tailored solutions for real-world use cases in M&A, Private Equity and Search Funds
Conduct user interviews and translate client workflows into product requirements and prototypes
Build and iterate software prototypes and improve UI & UX based on user feedback and usage patterns
Building automations that improve the efficiency and scalability of our clients' and our internal workflows
Setting up internal structures, from CRM to reporting and workflows, that enable scalability and efficiency
Running GTM projects from initial ideas and research to outbound campaigns and first calls
Work directly with the founders on strategy, product priorities and new business opportunities
Supporting the team with whatever comes up to accelerate our growth
