Founder's Associate Intern – Product (m/w/d)

Job Description

We're looking for a Founder's Associate Intern (Product) to function between finance and engineering and turn what M&A Advisors, Private Equity & Search Funds need into working prototypes. You'll work closely with the founding team and our clients to shape what gets built and build the first version yourself.

What you will do

Currently studying (Bachelor / Master) in Economics, Finance, Business, Computer Science or related fields
Preferably 1-2 previous internships in M&A, Private Equity, Search Funds, Start-Ups or Consulting
AI-native, especially with tools like Claude, Cursor, n8n, Figma and Clay as well as some development basics
An entrepreneurial & problem-solving, high-agency mentality
Strong organizational & prioritization skills
Excellent communication skills in English & German

Build and iterate software prototypes that resemble real M&A and Private Equity use cases
Contribute to our strategy, positioning, client approach and product development direction
Build automations to increase the efficiency and scalability of our clients and our internal workflows
Conduct user interviews with professionals from M&A Advisory, Private Equity and Search Funds
Improve the UI & UX of our existing software, based on user feedback and usage patterns
Help out the team with anything that comes up and needs to be done to accelerate our growth
