Background
Hendrik began his career as a part-time web developer in Utrecht, then co-founded two Berlin-based ventures: Shopboostr (a funded e-commerce ML startup, EXIST program, award-winning) and Karyan Daze (a 15-person development agency delivering 30+ client projects). Since 2017 he has run an independent practice serving 60+ clients across the DACH region and France, with a current focus on AI infrastructure (RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, LangChain, pydantic AI), cloud hosting, and MVP consulting. He holds a Bachelor's and MBA from the University of Amsterdam.
