Vincent combines his background in economics and finance with over 2,5 years of hands-on M&A execution experience as an investment banking analyst. Having run sell-side and buy-side processes himself, from target and buyer identification to outreach and execution, he knows the daily reality of M&A professionals from his own work.
He worked as an M&A Analyst at Carlsquare and Zumera in Berlin, advising mid-market clients on both sides of the table. Before that he gained experience in private equity at AEQUITA and Cresco Real Estate as well as transaction valuation at EY. Vincent holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Cologne and a Master in Management in Finance from IE Business School.
Having worked as an M&A analyst myself, I know the inefficiencies of deal work from my own experience: the manual research, the scattered data, the repetitive process steps. My mission is to build the tools I wished I had as an analyst, bringing the user perspective into every product decision so the software fits how M&A professionals really work.
